Sports Integrity and Match-Fixing
Sport integrity, in particular match-fixing and sports corruption, especially in Switzerland and Malta in football and other sports.
This on-going study deals with sport integrity and in particular match-fixing and sports corruption, especially in Switzerland and Malta in football and other sports. It has led to several scientific publications in Sport in Society, the International Journal of Sports Policy and Politics, the Korean Journal of Public Policies, etc. as well as chapters in books on sports betting (by Jean-Patrick Villeneuve and Martial Pasquier) or corruption in sport (by Transparency International).
A special emphasis has been given to sports betting in Malta where many operators are based.
