Development of a new non-destructive technique for examination of composite materials.

The COMATEC NDT laboratory is able to provide non-destructive examination of composite materials. Up until now, it has been used for sailing but it can be used for other sports. COMATEC controlled the hull of competition sailing boat. They developed innovative techniques for the control of composite materials of hulls, and used them for the Alinghi project in particular. Later on it was used for the control of components of a satellite.
