2025 Sport Innovation Challenge – The Future of Play Finalists Confirmed
Five start ups advancing to THE SPOT 2025 in Lausanne

From redefining movement and accessibility to protecting cognitive health and enhancing recovery, this year’s finalists for the Sport Innovation Challenge (SIC) – The Future of Play are pushing the boundaries of how we interact with sport and physical activity.

Out of 33 submissions from around the world, five ventures have been selected to pitch their ideas at THE SPOT on 13 May 2025, at the Olympic Museum in Lausanne.

Designed to surface the next wave of innovation in how sport is experienced, accessed, and adapted, this challenge stream was delivered in collaboration with Anthropy Partners and with the support of Anthropy Constructive as the main sponsor. The goal was to spotlight solutions that promote creativity, inclusion, and future-focused impact.

The Challenge also benefited from the input of the SIC Challenge Board, whose expertise and mentorship played a pivotal role in the selection process and in guiding participants throughout their journey.
