Welcome to the ThinkSport website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”). In general, you can visit the Website without providing personal information.  However, information is generally requested when you wish to take part in certain activities available on the Website.  In such cases, you may be invited or required to provide information about yourself or your company. By providing ThinkSport with your personal data or company, you expressly authorize ThinkSport, its partners, subcontractors and/or affiliates to collect and subsequently process such data in accordance with the terms defined herein.

4. Purpose Of The Collection And Processing Of Personal Data

Pursuant to this Privacy Policy, ThinkSport will collect and process your personal data solely for the following purposes:
a) subscription to the ThinkSport Newsletter;
b) subscription to ThinkSport membership;
c) registration to ThinkSport events;

5. Hosting And Transfer Of Personal Data

ThinkSport is based in Switzerland and all personal data you submit to ThinkSport will be hosted in that State, or in a State of the European Union. As a matter of principle, ThinkSport will never transmit your personal data to third parties without your prior consent. By registering to the Website, you accept that ThinkSport may transmit your personal data to its subcontractors, including outside Switzerland or European Union, if ThinkSport deems it necessary for the purposes mentioned in Article 4.
