New Human Rights Tool Launched Following Innovation Booster Collaboration

Following a collaborative Booster Sport & Physical Activity process that brought together voices from across the sports ecosystem, the Centre for Sport and Human Rights has launched a new digital tool aimed at supporting organisations in embedding human rights into their day-to-day operations.

Co-created through a series of ideation, planning, and review phases—with input from diverse stakeholders—the tool reflects the shared principles and priorities identified throughout the Booster. It represents a key milestone in the Centre’s commitment to co-creation, meaningful engagement, and ongoing support for human rights in sport.

The online tool is now live and can be accessed directly via toolkit.sporthumanrights.org or through a dedicated landing page on on the Centre’s website. Users are invited to complete a short access form upon entry, allowing the Centre to better understand who is using the tool and tailor the user experience accordingly.

Designed to be practical, adaptable, and continuously evolving, the tool offers guidance to a wide range of sport ecosystem actors. The Centre encourages all users to explore the platform, identify areas relevant to their work, and share feedback—especially on how the tool can be piloted and refined further.

This initiative marks not just the launch of a resource, but also the continuation of a learning journey. The Centre is grateful to all contributors and remains open to further feedback on both the tool and the Booster process, with the aim of improving future collaborative efforts.

ThinkSport is proud to highlight initiatives like this that promote responsible, inclusive, and values-driven development across the global sports landscape.
